Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Four Corners Cleaning Solutions.

General Questions

HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?

Simply visit the service package section and view all available packages. Call the office for customized packages or other service needs.

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO VISIT MY HOUSE BEFORE I BOOK A CLEANING?

Absolutely not! For your convenience, we offer online booking, you get to choose your preferred services and pay online.

ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

Cleaning supplies aren’t included by default. We want to ensure your property is cleaned using the products that you prefer and there isn’t any cross contamination from each property serviced. However if you do not have them, we will gladly provide them for an additional $10 per visit ($15 for move in/out cleanings). You can opt in this option during checkout. Please be aware, we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on hand.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?

Each home is serviced using a checklist, upon completion of the services, we invite our clients on a walk through to ensure all areas have been addressed. In the event that the owner is not available at close out of service, we will leave the checklist for review. We will gladly address any concerns, if communicated within 24 hours of the service date.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same day booking, our calendars will reflect our availability.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

This is optional and at the discretion of the client. In the event that you will not be present at the time of service, we ask that you provide details on how to access the property. There is a comments section at time of booking.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

There is a 25% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking your service. The remaining 75% is due immediately at the end of services rendered.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard & Discover. Sorry no cash payments are accepted.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CANCELLATIONS?

All deposits are non refundable. In the event of a cancellation, clients can request that their deposit be applied to another service date. The final decision will be at the discretion of company management.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely! All cleaners undergo a thorough screening process including fingerprinting for criminal background checks, reference checks and in person interviews. Our company is also licensed and bonded.
